 Exchange Policy

The product and packages will only be exchanged in case TOTS failed to deliver the correct product as ordered by the customer.
The sizes are clearly mentioned with each product. For necessary guidance while selecting a product “Size Chart” has also been attached with each product. The customers are requested to make sure that they select the correct size while choosing a product for delivery.

In case the order is placed incorrectly by the customer and the product needs change in size, the delivery charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Size change will be ensured by TOTS in case the company is at fault by delivering the product that doesn’t match with the specifications of the order placed. The exchange request will only be entertained within 2 days of the product delivery date. If exchange request is made after lapse of 2 days, company will only promise the exchange of the product of required specifications or sizes is available in the stock.
The customer will be responsible for the charges made in case of product return on our address.
TOTS may exercise the authority to reject any exchange claim if not met with company policy as mentioned in above paragraph.

Refund and Cancellation Policy 

RETURN /REFUND

Return will be made or refund will be offered only if one of the following conditions is met: -

The product is sent wrongly or it doesn’t meet the specification criteria mentioned on the product page at the time of placing the order by customer.
The product delivered is defective due to production error.
The product was damaged during shipping.
The refund or return will be claimed by the customer within 2 days of product(s) delivery. In case of refund, customer is supposed to send the product back to the shipper address. The refunds will be processed immediately after receipt of the product(s) and its inspection.
Cash refunds will only be offered / processed on damaged product(s) in case the fresh product(s) of same is not available in the stock.
It is made sure that the product(s) are in mint condition before dispatch, however, if the product is received damaged, full cash return can be claimed by emailing us on help@tots.pk

 

 

    CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

    Any order can be cancelled by the customer before the delivery is processed. The order cancellation will not be possible after the customer receives the fulfilment or confirmation email/sms for their product(s) ordered.
    Cancellation and refunds will be processed on the mode of payment made by the customer while placing the orders.
    In case of Cash on Delivery, the confirmed refund will be initiated in shape of voucher or strictly bank transfers.
    The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the product(s) being returned and payment of this return shipment will be non-refundable.

       

      CLEARANCE & SALES ITEMS

      Clearance & sale items will neither be refunded nor be exchanged for another size or product(s).
      Cash refund will not be issued against the product(s) on the items on sale and clearance, instead, a same value voucher will be issued that can be utilized for purchase of any other product.
