Delivery Policy 

• We endeavor to deliver our products ON TIME ensuring NO COMPROMISE on QUALITY. The procedure from placing an order to delivery at your door step takes 14 to 16 business days.

• In case the product is not delivered within 14-16 business days, the customers are requested to contact help@tots.pk or whatsapp us   at +92 301 1883111
• Please note that Business Days are from Monday to Friday. 
• Orders placed after 3pm shall be processed on next working day.

* In case of special orders or information regarding delivery charges (Below Rs. 2,999) in Pakistan; please contact us via email help@tots.pk or whatsapp us at +92 3011883111.

* While placing the order, please provide complete address with telephone or mobile number as you may be contacted by the courier service for timely delivery of package. In case the courier service representative is unable to contact you on provided mobile or telephone number, the shipment will be return to the office in your country and another delivery of same package will be scheduled after making the contact.
